KSL-75 High Alumina Plastic Refractory Castable is a monolithic refractory material composed of high-purity fused corundum, high alumina aggregate, soft clay, plasticizing agent, and suitable binder. The castable is designed for high-temperature applications requiring excellent plasticity, thermal shock resistance, and abrasion resistance. Thanks to its moldability and superior adherence to refractory linings, it is widely used in complex geometries and maintenance areas where traditional refractory bricks are difficult to install.

KSL-75 offers enhanced service life and energy efficiency due to its low porosity and strong resistance to slag erosion and chemical attack. This product is typically supplied in ready-to-use blocks or vacuum-packed bags and does not require immediate mixing with water.
