Not long ago, a customer from Kuwait placed an order with our factory for prefabricated refractory bricks and refractory castables. The customer was looking for customized prefabricated bricks for specific furnace parts, combined with refractory castables to be used in areas that need on-site pouring and shaping. The main goals were:

Production and Quality Control
Our engineering team carefully designed the prefabricated bricks according to the customer’s drawings, ensuring dimensional accuracy and smooth surface finishing. All products went through strict quality testing, including:

Packaging and Shipment
After passing inspection, the prefabricated bricks were packed in strong wooden cases to prevent damage during shipping. The refractory castables were bagged, palletized, and securely wrapped. The entire batch was then loaded and prepared for delivery to Kuwait.
